My pregnancy yoga classes help women relax, connect with their baby, tone and prepare for birth with breathing techniques. Includes asana as well as yoga nidra relaxation. No experience necessary, suitable from 14 weeks of pregnancy onward.

I offer gentle Hatha flow classes, which rejuvenate and strengthen your body and mind.
Think you can’t do yoga because you are too inflexible/too old/not the right body type? Then I want you in my class! There is no ‘right’ body type for yoga. I honour you and your practice with the utmost respect and gentleness.
1 hour - 90 minutes (depending on class).
Yoga Nidra or “yogic sleep” is a restful, meditative sequence that allows you to unplug, relax and restore. Come try it for yourself either via 1:1 session or in small groups.
Each session runs 30-45 minutes.
Experience the healing power of Reiki in a 1:1 session. Reiki energy is channelled to heal old emotional and physical wounds, rejuvenate the body and mind and clear the chakra system. Each session runs 30 minutes.
